Now, let’s dig deeper into the news!
Brief About Ms. Dhoni’s Retirement!
The most successful cricketer has put curtains on his 16 years of international career on 15th August 2020. He won three ICC trophies, one in the 2007 T20 World Cup, another in 2011, and the last one in 2013.
As the 39 years old said goodbye to his international career, it means that Dhoni’s last India game would remain the semifinal of the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup. Unfortunately, the Indian team lost that game to New Zealand by 18 runs.
Do you remember that in December of 2014, Dhoni announced his retirement from all sorts of Test matches, after scoring 4876 runs from well-played 90 matches? But he continued playing in ODI and T20 matches and becomes the fifth highest all-time run-scorers in ODI after Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Sourav Ganguly, and Rahul Dravid.
Now, the future of Dhoni in the cricket world became a very hot topic, as he didn’t play a single match since the defeat to New Zealand. However, he would be turning up in the 13th season of the Indian Premier League and leading his team Chennai Super Kings.

Why Suresh Raina Is Also Know As Mr. Ipl?
The former Indian batsman Suresh Raina is known as Mr. IPL due to his high records in IPL. Yes, he is unable to find any buyer at the mega auctions but still, due to his unbelievable records, he is crowned as Mr. IPL.
He’s an absolute legend, who has played 205 IPL matches and scored 5528 runs including one century and 39 fifties. In total 13 seasons, he picked up 25 wickets which isn’t a bad number. But still, this is the second time when he’s unable to play in the IPL, back in 2020!
