Karsan Ghavri feels that maybe Virat Kohli is one of the greatest players of
his generation, but to keep his place in the team alive, he have to score
runs in the upcoming World Cup.

From last three years, he didn’t scored a single century and he’s still
considered as the best player just because of his name.

There’s no doubt on his skills, he has the cravings for runs and success in his heart, but his cravings doesn’t match with his performance on the ground.

Every player has gone through some rough days in their lives and same is
happening with our top order batsman. Various teammates suggested Kohli
to take a break from cricket, which could be beneficial for him.

Let’s Dig Deeper!

As per Ghavri, he needs to score run to maintain his place in the team as
soon as possible. World Cup is quite far, he has to score runs in the
ongoing T20I and One Day Internationals or else he will lose his fame.

While Kohli loves to score his runs on the off side, still in one match the 33
years old shinning player has lost his wicket while chasing the balls outside
off stump.

He is a mind-blowing player, but because of his last two years scoreboard,
he has to polish his batting skills and improve his playing techniques.

And honestly, if he will not do that and keep on playing like this and getting
out with no runs or scoring single digit number runs, then his capability will
be questioned!

Everyone will start questioning on his skills and even his
fans will begin asking, why he is not scoring?

At last, he mentioned that age has nothing to do with sports as long as you
are physically fit enough to complete.

And if you are unable to stand on the expectations of your teammates and your fans then people will definitely start questioning you.

Let’s Highlight Virat Kholi’s Achievements!

Former captain of India national cricket team has captained the team in 213
